Who we are. This site is operated by Por El Deporte ("we", "us"). By browsing or buying here, you agree to these terms.

Using the site. You need to be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's consent. Don't use the site for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to interfere with it or reach it in ways we haven't offered.

Products, prices, and availability. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and printed garments have natural variation. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline an order, including after you've placed it, if something is priced wrong, out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.

Orders and payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept by shipping it. Payment is handled by third-party processors. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns, and refunds. Covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Our content. The Por El Deporte name, crest, designs, photography, and site content belong to us. You're welcome to share and post about the brand. Please don't reproduce our designs commercially or use the crest as your own.

Things you post. If you send us photos, comments, or ideas, you give us permission to use them. We may edit or remove anything, and we're not obliged to keep it confidential or to pay for it.

Third-party links. We link out to other sites, including Instagram. We're not responsible for what's on them.

No warranty beyond the law. The site and everything on it is provided as is. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Changes. We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
